Compassion with self is a significant part of stress reduction, accepting all aspects of self and being in the moment. Here are some sites with loving kindness meditation audios that really help with being compassionate with yourself and others. Some of course are longer than others.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation is becoming a recognizable intervention for positive personal change. It has been used in North America as a means to support people who suffer from physical and emotional pain.

As a practitioner of Mindfulness Meditation, Margarete sees it as an add-on to her own emotional and physical well being, and recognizes it as powerful tool in learning how to access and accept emotions of all kinds.

Margarete recommends the daily addition of Mindfulness Meditation for people who want to be calmer, more present and emotionally resilient in their lives. Research has shown that as little as 5-10 minutes a day of meditation can make positive changes in the brain. Meditation is easily adapted to one's current spiritual practice and has roots in nearly all major spiritual paths.
