Getting Started

Emotion Focused Couple Therapists work with individuals, couples, and families as they deal with the  stress in their lives. The counseling relationship is critical for success when working with individuals or couples. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist , I will provide an initial consultation free of charge.  During this time you can ask me questions to determine your level of  comfort. Your connection with me is vital to the  therapy process and is open to ongoing discussion as you engage in therapy.

I will also provide information on fees, the therapy process, therapy options and an overview of your therapy agreement, which should  be signed as you begin therapy.
