Book and Manage Your Appointments Online

To schedule or change your appointment online, use our confidential booking tool below.

  1. Select the Therapist you wish to book with
  2. Select the service you wish to schedule - a Couple or Individual therapy session
  3. Click on an available time that best meets your needs; use the arrows to look ahead by week
  4. Enter the required information to book your appointment. If you have previously scheduled an appointment, please
    ​refer to the confirmation email sent to you in order to cancel, reschedule or update your appointment, or to book additional appointments.

  5. When you've finished entering your booking information, click on the Schedule Appointment button.
